Parties
These terms govern transport services provided by Starlimousine ApS, CVR 39550393, Englandsvej 359, 2770 Kastrup ("StarLimousine").
Prices and payment
Online bookings are paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices for vehicles seating up to 9 are VAT-exempt passenger transport; Sprinter and minibus prices include 25% VAT. The Øresund Bridge toll is billed separately per crossing and shown before payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the agreed pickup; the amount is fully refunded to the card used. For cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, the amount is non-refundable. Always contact us — we will try to find a solution.
Airport pickups and waiting time
For airport pickups we monitor the provided flight number and adjust pickup to the actual arrival. 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included; thereafter 195 DKK per started 30 minutes (plus VAT for Sprinter/minibus).
Liability
StarLimousine is liable under the general rules of Danish law. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extraordinary traffic, weather or government requirements. Allow ample time for flight and cruise connections.
Complaints and governing law
Enquiries should be directed to booking@starlimousine.dk. The agreement is governed by Danish law and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
