Data controller
Starlimousine ApS, CVR 39550393, Englandsvej 359, 2770 Kastrup, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. Contact: booking@starlimousine.dk.
What data we process
When you book we process your name, email, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, flight number where provided, and a payment reference. Card data is handled exclusively by our payment provider (Stripe) and is never stored by us.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used to deliver the booked transport (performance of contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), for bookkeeping (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c)) and to answer enquiries (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Booking data is retained for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Quote requests are deleted no later than 12 months after last contact.
Processors
We use processors for hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and maps/routing (Google Maps Platform). Data processing agreements are in place and third-country transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object. Complaints can be lodged with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
