Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see at booking is the price you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, no surprises. Tolls for the Øresund Bridge on Malmö trips are shown separately before you pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival — at no extra cost. 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included on airport pickups.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at CPH Airport?
Your chauffeur meets you in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall with a name sign. Meet & greet is always included on airport pickups.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup with a full refund. Within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable, but contact us and we will always try to find a solution.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are paid in full at booking via Stripe — all major cards and MobilePay. Corporate clients can apply for invoicing terms.
Are prices including VAT?
EQE, EQV and eVito (up to 9 persons) are VAT-exempt passenger transport — the displayed price is final. Sprinter and minibus (over 9 persons) prices include 25% VAT.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available for 95 DKK per seat (plus VAT on Sprinter/minibus). Add them during booking or mention them in your quote request.
How many passengers can you take?
From 1 to 19 passengers in a single vehicle (minibus). For larger groups we run multiple vehicles in convoy — request a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Denmark and southern Sweden. Our hub is Copenhagen Airport/Kastrup, with fixed prices to Copenhagen, Roskilde, Odense, Aarhus and Malmö — and custom quotes everywhere else.
Do chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, all chauffeurs and our dispatch team speak both Danish and English.
